The initial one-hour consultation in the Michigan office is $700 (new patient in Michigan office) and all follow-up visits are $350 for half an hour, whether in office or telemedicine, for all patients.
For new patients who live out of state in a location where Dr. Kahn holds a medical license (like NY, CA, TX, PA, FL and many others) a new patient hour telemedicine visit is $800 to offset the costs of licensing and out of state fees.
Similarly, when Dr. Kahn returns to Florida in 2027, new patient hour long visits for those who reside outside of Michigan, whether seen in the office in FL or by telemedicine, are $800 to offset the extra expenses of licensing and office space there.
No insurances of any kind are accepted as payment. Dr. Kahn does not participate with insurance companies.
Any records that are sent ahead are reviewed at no extra charge and all patients seeing Dr. Kahn at least yearly have access to Dr. Kahn by email and texting. He is famous for answering his messages quickly and no one answers for him.

Dr. Kahn is offering The Ultimate Heart Check Up consisting of 2 visits (the first visit is 1 hour, the second is 30 minutes and the second one can be virtual) along with a Carotid Intimal Medial Thickness (CIMT) exam. The package is $1250 and is a unique plan offered only by Dr. Kahn.
