The initial one-hour consultation is $800 as of July 1, 2026 (whether in Michigan, Florida or by telemedicine) and all follow-up visits are $350 for half an hour, whether in office or telemedicine, for all patients. Dr. Kahn never charges for record review, lab review, and the availability of email access for follow up and questions (within reason).
Some patients want more time and we will schedule a 90 minute new patient consultation and a 60 minute follow-up visit (in office or telemedicine). These appointments allow more time and less rushing. Just ask!
Results and office notes are routinely sent to primary care doctors and consultants you are seeing unless requested not to.
No insurances of any kind are accepted as payment. Dr. Kahn does not participate with any insurance companies.
