There are certain people in this world who post information… and then there are people who truly change lives.
For me, Dr. Joel Kahn became that person.
It is honestly hard to put into words what his work has meant to me over the years. Long before I ever had the opportunity to speak with him personally, his posts, videos, and education opened my eyes in a way that may have genuinely saved my life. At a time when I was worried about my health, my heart, and my future, his message gave me hope, direction, and the motivation to finally take control of my life.
After following his content for years, I finally had the chance to have a consultation with him — and it felt like I was speaking with someone I had known forever.
Dr. Kahn is warm, sincere, compassionate, and incredibly intelligent. But beyond all of that, he truly listens. You can feel how deeply he cares about helping people heal and live better lives. In today’s world, that combination of brilliance and genuine humanity is rare.
He doesn’t just teach medicine — he inspires change.
He inspires people to believe they still have time to turn things around.

Dr Kahn gave me the script for my blood work and it was very easy to set up an appointment at our office to have the lab draw. The appointment at the office went very smoothly and everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable!

As a registered nurse for over 45 years I am very picky about my healthcare providers. Dr Khan is extremely knowledgeable, patient and very caring. He sits down with you to go over test results and I truly believe he wants us to be at our most optimal health. He has helped me lower my cholesterol numbers, Lipo protein B etc in half. of course, a good diet and lifestyle make a big impact as well. I highly recommend Dr Khan and all of his office staff. They are all wonderful. I also like the fact that he has lab right in the office saving us an extra step to go wait in line somewhere else. To me that is a big deal. I highly recommend Dr Khan and his staff.
